2. **سياسة إلغاء الطلبات**

4. **آلية الاسترجاع**
تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد الموافقة عليها باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. قد تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب مزود الدفع أو البنك. قد يتم خصم أي رسوم بنكية أو رسوم معاملات من المبلغ المسترد.

5. **إرجاع المنتجات (إن وجد)**
يجب أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، وبغلافها الأصلي. يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال الإرجاع، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع خطأ من قبل الشركة.

6. **المنتجات أو الخدمات غير القابلة للاسترجاع**
قد يتم تحديد بعض المنتجات أو الخدمات على أنها غير قابلة للاسترجاع وقت الشراء، ولا تخضع هذه المنتجات أو الخدمات لأي استرجاع أو إلغاء.
