3. Delivery Charges

  • Charges may vary based on delivery location, order size, and weight.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier may reschedule delivery or return the shipment.
  • Additional delivery attempts or re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
